Cancellations: We require 48 hours notice of cancellation for all services. This allows us to accommodate our waiting list and ensure our stylists' livelihood. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of keeping your appointments and we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule when advanced notice is given. If cancellations become a re-occurrence, we may ask for a payment of the missed appointment in order to schedule future appointments.
No Shows: All no-shows will require the missed appointment to be paid in full in order to schedule a new appointment.
Consultations & Deposits: We recommend an online consultation for all specialty color / color correction services. You can do this by sending us a photo of your hair and 1-2 photos of you desired color. These appointments tend to run longer than others, may require multiple sessions to achieve your desired look, and may be a financial investment. A consultation with one of our experienced stylists can prepare you for exactly what to expect from your color journey. We may ask for credit card information at the time of scheduling any appointment exceeding 3 hours.
Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Returns are not accepted on makeup, accessories, or travel size products. We do not offer refunds on services and will happily provide an alternative solution if you are not completely satisfied with a service. If you experience a reaction to any product or service, please call us immediately.
Children: It is our goal to provide a relaxing and calming experience for all guests. Due to safety concerns and space limitations, we do not allow children on the styling floor during their guardian's appointment. If you are accompanied by a child at your appointment, we ask that they are able to sit in the waiting room quietly.
